Just days after her bank manager warned her she could no longer afford to play, a retired care worker in the UK hit the biggest jackpot of her life.
"I was shaking like a leaf when my numbers just kept coming," said self proclaimed bingo addict Widow Mair, 65.
Mair won £96,000 with a full house at the Gala Bingo Club in Gloucester. Though the retired care worker will honour a pledge to split her winnings with a friend, her money troubles are surely a thing of the past. |
